Join Children First Champions team on their journey to becoming fitter, healthier and happier people and help us to protect Scotland's children.

The Women’s 10K event takes place in Edinburgh and Glasgow, and we want YOU to come along and take part. Maybe you’ve not done any exercise in a while and need a goal to motivate you, or maybe you want to do something positive together with your friends and family. Whatever your reason, the Women’s 10K is the perfect opportunity or you to lace up those trainers and make a difference.

Why support Children First

We protect children from harm, keep them safe, and support them to recover from trauma and abuse through our national support line and in their homes, schools and communities.
 
We help children, their families and the people who care for them by offering, emotional, practical and financial support.
 
We believe all children should have hopes, dreams and opportunities but for many they don’t exist. This has to stop. We must put children first. 
 
Together we can create a safer, brighter future for all children in Scotland.
